This is a good concept. I particularly liked the road texture that you found and how it runs through the door way and over the landscape.

There is a good sense of depth, but it would have been nice to have seen more of a illusion of space by exaggerating the rules of atmospheric perspective. Example, you can have the closest figure larger, maybe only showing the the legs. Then as they go towards the background, there is room to place more that get smaller and smaller until they reach the horizon.

I also think it would be nice to see a little bit more going on. Not to take away from the model, but something that is completely different for more variety.

Lastly, you may want to bring out more hair detail on the most forward figures. Right now, each figure has flat hair. The rule is that detail is lost as the object go towards the background, and right now it's flat on every girl.

I hope this helped. You have a very good idea, I just feel that it can be pushed a little further.
