Hi everyone,

Sorry that I've done a disappearing act on you, but I've had some "issues" that needed to be "unissued".  So I thought I stop by to remind you of a couple of things.

First, WE  HAVE  A  CONTEST  GOING ON, REMEMBER? 

I thought I'd be making an appearance and see a bunch of entries, but that  didn't happen. :(

Thank goodness there is still plenty of time to participate and submit an entry.  You can find all of the details in the journal that shows up below this one.



We could still use more prizes. cazcastalla has created a new  resource pack just for us! And that's the sort of items we can use. Not just the same old, same old, but new stuff to thank our members for participating.

The contest ends in two weeks, and I guess I have to bug more members and some friends commit to a donation so that we can really have a grand Halloween!


Next, I still need a Feature Moderator. That's why there hasn't been a feature in a few weeks. I just can't fit it into my dA scheduale any longer.  This is a once a week feature of photomanipulations and resources on a theme. Like right now, we should be doing Halloween.
theheek can help. I've already started giving instructions, but like I've already said, I had those "issues" that needed to be beat back some so that I could make an appearance.

Last, I know I haven't announced our picks from the Days Of Orange challenge. I'll be giving critiques on that one myself, so give me a little bit more time.

I'll be on close watch more, so be good, and get your Halloween Bash contest entry completed so that we have a real competition, not just a few getting everything by default!
