deviantArt Anniversary Feature!

I want to thank all of the new deviants who have add me to their watch and for the new favs. As I have more time now, I'll be doing more surfing dA and viewing your wonderful art.

I've been so busy that I missed my deviantArt birthday!

I've been at dA for 8 years. Wow! In a lot of ways, I can't believe it. And in so many more ways I can. In fact, my anniversary should have been sooner (or longer ) because I really wasn't happy with what I was doing at the time.  When it comes to photomanipulation, I'm self taught, so I spent all of those first  months after finding dA just getting ready to join the community.

When ever I look at my early works now, I shake my head. What was I thinking,  posting them here? I was nuts! Thank goodness with the help of so many cool deviants and the great resources that can be found here, I've improved and can acutally be pround of many of my deviations. I'm still learning. I still have deviations that I never finish. I still have deviations that suck, but for some odd reason I still submit anyway. Well, isn't it that the way for so many of us?

So, for my anniversary month I had planned to start a series of  "Stock To Deviation"  features from July 11th until the 31st. I'm behind, but I want to do this feature just the same

I'm starting with "I Love The Rain" that was created on the 16th. Enjoy and go download the stocks that I used  if you like one or all!!
